dbtjl Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dbtjl ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, products, games, and features available at dbtjl.net. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of dbtjl, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using dbtjl and close your account by contacting the support team. Continued use of the platform after any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. dbtjl will notify registered players of material changes via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

These Terms are written in English and govern the relationship between dbtjl and all players accessing the platform from Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the meaning of any provision, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.

Access to dbtjl and the use of any of its services is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. dbtjl does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, wager, or access any game on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing dbtjl on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement — either through dbtjl's own self-exclusion tools or through any third-party responsible gambling programme — that covers the type of gambling activity you intend to carry out on the platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have previously had a dbtjl account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.

dbtjl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during a player's account lifetime. This may include a national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by the platform will result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

If dbtjl determines or has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately. Any deposits made during this period will be returned to the payment source used; however, any winnings accumulated during this period shall be forfeited in their entirety.

To access betting markets, casino games, and other dbtjl services, you must register a personal account. Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number as registered with your primary BDT payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or Rocket). Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. dbtjl will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your dbtjl account and update it regularly.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify dbtjl immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting support via live chat.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you have reported a suspected breach to dbtjl.

dbtjl employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all login, deposit, and withdrawal processes to protect your account data in transit. However, the security of your account credentials on your own device remains your responsibility.

All financial transactions on dbtjl are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time is 1–4 hours for mobile banking channels. dbtjl reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. In such cases, processing times may be extended until the required documentation has been received and reviewed.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment account that is registered in your own name and matches the verified identity on your dbtjl account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. dbtjl reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal request that does not satisfy this condition.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Finance / Wallet section of your account and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating a transaction.

All sports betting markets, live casino games, slot titles, and fishing games offered on dbtjl are subject to specific game rules and betting conditions published within the relevant section of the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager.

The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on dbtjl:

• Bet Acceptance: dbtjl reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error, incorrect odds, or data feed failure has occurred.

dbtjl is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules, odds formats, or market settlement criteria. It is the player's sole responsibility to understand the game they are playing or the bet they are placing before committing funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dbtjl. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence:

• Underage Gambling: Registering or allowing any person under the age of 18 to use your account.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one dbtjl account, including under different names or payment details.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false personal information, using another person's identity, or impersonating any individual during registration or verification.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or betting market available on dbtjl.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, software, or any automated system to place bets or interact with games on the platform without explicit written approval from dbtjl.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or mobile financial services provider after depositing funds into your dbtjl account. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure, or claiming bonuses under multiple accounts.
• Money Laundering: Using dbtjl for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Interference with Platform Integrity: Attempting to access, probe, or exploit any technical vulnerability in dbtjl's systems, software, or data infrastructure.

dbtjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the specified timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any form of financial crime.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no login, deposit, or withdrawal activity.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legally binding directive requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending winnings — may be forfeited at dbtjl's discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where account closure is not the result of player misconduct (for example, voluntary closure or closure due to inactivity), dbtjl will process any verified real-money balance to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their dbtjl account may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closing your account, please ensure that all pending withdrawals have been completed and that there are no active bonus wagering requirements outstanding.

Self-exclusion requests are treated as a separate, enhanced account closure process. Players requesting self-exclusion will be excluded from all dbtjl services — including marketing communications, promotions, and any re-registration attempts — for the duration of the exclusion period.
